Location: Sacramento, California, United States

Started as a club for budget and independent travelers, we have been in existence since July, 2001. We meet at 7:00 pm the first Tuesday of each month, February-December, at the Arcade Public Library Community Room, 2443 Marconi Avenue, as a library sponsored program. The meetings feature a speaker, plus time for exchanging information within the group. There are no membership dues. The second Tuesday of each month we have dinner at an ethnic restaurant. Each summer we have a potluck dinner at my home. In 2005 I added club tours to our activites and they have been very successful. To be added to the e-mail list, or for further information, contact Judith Anshin by e-mail at penguinatlaw@gmail.com and please put "travel club" in the subject line.

DON'T BUY CHILEAN SEA BASS

On my recent trip to Antarctica I learned that what is sold as Chilean Sea Bass is not a sea bass at all but a threated species known as Patagonian Toothfish. When it wouldn't sell under it's real name, the name Chilean Sea Bass was given to it, but the fish is not even a bass to begin with. Please help protect this threatened species by not buying it in supermarkets or restaurants, and passing the word to your friends.

I have been searching over the net to find the cheapest and most trusted travel club and saw this post of yours. Looks very promising, I’m very interested to scout all and compare which would really be the best in terms of rate and customer service. Thanks for this infortmative blog post my friend.
Keep sharing and bookmarked this helpful page. :D
